Our Intention...

• To create an opportunity for women to rediscover themselves physically, mentally and spiritually.
• To reconnect with nature and experience a oneness with the environment around you.
• To unlock parts of yourself that perhaps you have neglected, suppressed and ignored.
• To feel strong within yourself, knowing that you have all the tools you need inside you to live a beautiful and creative life.
• You are whole and worthy as you are.
• So lets  have some fun as wonderful women on the journey of reconnection

What to wear:

• Walking clothes or activewear. Check the weather for Samford Valley
• Walking shoes although you may choose to walk with bare feet
• Sun hat

What to take on the walk:

• Daypack
• Water bottle
• Morning tea
• Sunscreen and Insect repellent (no sprays please)
• Raincoat or spray jacket if showers are predicted.

Get one ticket for each person attending.
